Real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform RWA Inc. has struck a strategic partnership aimed at deepening its footprint in the United Arab Emirates. RWA Inc. positioned the move as a step toward “institutional-grade” tokenization in a market where regulators and developers are increasingly experimenting with blockchain-based capital formation.

In a post on X, the company said it partnered with Farhan Qadir, founder and CEO of Nexus Worldwide Group, describing him as a facilitator of high-level engagement in the UAE through advisory links to Sheikh Awad Mohammed bin Sheikh Mujrin.

The announcement came alongside a second update in which RWA Inc. unveiled a redesigned website and a 2026 roadmap that it says targets expansion into “elite asset classes” such as real estate and pre-IPO equity, and frames the UAE as a priority market.
